FRANCHISEE PROPOSAL

Becoming an authorized computer training Institute (ATI) of Avater National Youth Computer Center. Any individuals or organization can become an authorized Training institute (ATI) of Avater National Youth Computer Center. The interested person / Organization have to proceed through a Franchisee application form from Head office of Avater National Youth Computer Center...

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF HEAD OF THE INSTITUTE

1. Bio-Data of Applicant (Head of the ATI).
2. Self attested photocopies of Matriculation Certificate.
3. Self attested photocopy of Address Proof ( Voter ID Card / Aadhar Card / Ration Card).
4. Photocopy of PAN Card.
5. Two latest colour photographs of yourself.
6. ATI Application Form (Duly Filled Up).
7. Photocopy of Filled ATI Application Form

GOODS PROVIDED BY ANYCC AGAINST FRANCHISEE FEE

1.Flex Board 8/4 (without frame): (1 Piece).
2.Prospectus: (50 Pieces).
3.Advertisement CD: (1 Piece).
4.Letter Head of ATI.
5.Centre Registration & Authorization Name on Website.
6.ATI Login ID & Password.
7.Guideline Books for ATI.
8.Authorization Certificate (valid for 03 Years).

RENEWAL FOR ATI AUTHORISATION

Renewal of authorization after the 3 year will be made FREE on the account of admission of at least 100 students/year. Otherwise the renewal of authorization fee worth Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand only) will be chargeable.

Registration form of each and every student must reach Head office within maximum 15 days of admission of the student. Submit of admission form without H.O's share not to be considered under any circumstances and any kinds of Issue duplicate copy of any kinds of kits provided by our organization without the consent of Head office is strictly prohibited. The organization reserves its right to make any additions or alteration in its terms and conditions/ renewal fee/Royalty fee without any prior notice. Any types of fee will not be refundable in any circumstances. No liabilities regarding the staff salaries, taxes, computer's software & your official problems will be borne by office Avater National Youth Computer Center.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ANYCC AUTHORISED TRAINING INSTITUTE

Should be willing to invest required amount of money in setting up a centre with proper infrastructure and man power.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

1.One Pentium server Nodes connected as per our Site Specification.
2.Necessary Hardware compatibility for Internet.
3.Printer (Dot Matrix / Inkjet).
4.UPS (500 VA) / Generator .

MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

Administrator/Manager	Knowledge of Computer Software Training, Experience, has Good, management Skills.
Faculty	Thorough knowledge of subject, disciplined, Student's problem solving capacity.
Counselor/Receptionist	Pleasant personality with good communication skills, knowledge of computer courses, disciplined.
Marketing Executive	Experienced Hardworking, knowledge of computer courses, good communication skills.
Office Boys	Disciplined & Experience.

EXPECTATION FROM THE AFFILIATED TRAINING INSTITUTE (ATI)

The Training Institute should be able to have a centre at a prime location of the city/town. The centre would have separate class rooms, Computer Lab and Reception / office room. The centre would have proper ventilation and proper lighting. The block and sub block level centres may not have the above infrastructure but should have generally clean surroundings.The Avater National Youth Computer Center Training Institute shall abide by the agreement and conditions followed by all Avater National Youth Computer Center centres.
The Avater National Youth Computer Center Training Institute shall have to conduct courses as per the rules and syllabi laid down by Avater National Youth Computer Center.
The Avater National Youth Computer Center Training Institute shall deposit an advance non refundable affiliation fee as follows. This amount shall be deposited at the time of signing the affiliation agreement
